5. Being a good leader means knowing oneself extremely well. To be one, you have to know the strengths and weaknesses of yourself and your team members. Be professionally intimate with them in order to create a jovial working environment.
6. Consult with other leaders you admire and respect. Always ask for a private meeting to talk about how to be successful. Focus on what they say to you. Set high standards and have high expectations.
