Hello, Hello, Hello everybody! As you all know I am Drew Berman (but for those of you who did not know, you do now).
A few weeks ago The Network Marketing Radio Show went live once again! To those newbies out there who have never heard of The Network Marketing Radio Show, every Monday at 12:00 noon I give live tips and tricks on survival in the world of network marketing.
Every week I try to bring on a guest who tells about their success and struggles while learning the profession.
One our more recent guests on the show was network marketing extraordinaire Phil Sasso!
On the show Phil told us about the moment he was first exposed to the business of network marketing.
Revisiting his past life of being a musician and the struggle of financial stability, Sasso recalls the conversation he had with an old female coworker.
She told him about a business venture that she was attempting to get into and shared her excitement as well as a rough breakdown of what the profession entailed.
Needless to say, Sasso was intrigued and agreed to check out the event with his friend.
Not too long after Sasso was pulled into the profession, however similar to most (if not all) network marketers, Phil struggled to find a company that fit with him. After going through 16 different companies, eventually, Sasso found the right one for him.
When asked why he thinks people don’t succeed in network marketing Phil broke things down into a few main categories: training, mentoring, and motivation.
He says that network marketers have to have the proper training, mentoring, and motivation to stay on track in the field.
If they do not, this will be the cause of many failures and is currently in the network marketing world.
Check out the rest of the interview with Phil Sasso on The Network Marketing Radio Show and join me again live next Monday with an all new interview.
