There are four primary questions that you want to ask a network marketer before going into the field itself if you are considering doing so. The questions are as follows to recruit other network marketers:
- How long have you been engaged in network marketing?
- How many people have you personally enrolled?
- How many people are on your team?
- How much weekly volume does your business do?
These questions get people thinking without you having to directly ask how much money they are really earning and running the risk of offending them.
This can also get people to really analyze themselves, their business, and get them thinking about the numbers they are putting up.
For example, I have been in the business for about nine years and I have enrolled about 450 people. That is a pretty good standing and we have grown that team to about 1,500. Our weekly volume is about 120,000 a week and that’s about 3 or 5 million a year.
When you ask another network marketer why they got involved in the business this is an easy way to learn more about them personally because just this one question can open several doors. This is simply because people always get into the business for differing reasons.
I know from experience that the story usually is never the same from marketer to marketer and gets more interesting every time you ask this question to different people.
With network marketers, we are always looking for people who are already on the path and that know this is the way to go, but who are just looking for a more permanent home in the market and with a specific niche.
Do not be afraid to dig around and ask them if they have real faith in their team and their plan to get them to where they wish to be in the network marketing profession. If they are not ask them if they are open to trying something else out.
Offer them new ideas or a new perspective on what they were already doing. It never hurts to broaden another person’s imagination. It can be more lucrative and more fun.
