The investment is worth it!

Movement is necessary to maintain healthy joints. Running is a good way to lubricate your joints but sometimes the impact becomes too much and you increase the likelihood of injury. Take a day off! Your body needs rest and time to repair. Try some alternate work outs on those non-running days. Here are just a few low impact exercises to try.
