There are those who work too hard and have no fun in life. Then, there are those folks who have way too much fun in life, but who barely do any work. In order to be truly successful, you need to be able to balance them both and here’s how you can…

Most importantly, Susan says that you must build relationships with those around you.

It doesn’t matter who it is — the waiter taking your order or your next big client — treat everyone as your next member of your team or a potential client. You never know who is going to pop into your life and make a huge difference in your MLM business. Networking and relationship building has be a key factor in my career and the careers of the others you work with. Like Susan says, think of every relationship as an investment in your future. You could get a return that is of monetary, emotional, or career value that can boost you in various ways.
 

Another Millionaire Secret for MLM success is to have a mentor/coach/planner there for you.

Having someone on your side helping you along is a great feeling, isn’t it? All great sports teams have coaches, and so should you! Ray Higdon has been my mentor for awhile now and it couldn’t be better. I love having someone there who will push me along to be more than I thought I could be. What’s even more is that Susan says that having a mentor or coach can help you boost your self-confidence and improve your leadership skills. Leadership development is something that everyone needs, no matter what business you’re in!

Stop wasting your time! Becoming a master at time management is one of the most important tips.

Set up a routine for yourself. For me, it’s working out in the morning, followed by breakfast, and then it’s time to hit the books — or the screen, I should say. Planning out your day allows you to set up small goals and actually achieve them. By seeing what you spend your time on, you can learn what is most time consuming and work on reducing the time needed to complete those tasks. Time management can help you maintain that beautiful work-life balance that is key for you in any type of job or industry. Having that balance can make all the difference in your happiness and your wallet. What good is making money if you don’t have time to enjoy it? What good is having fun if you’re not working towards something?
 

The final tip from Susan Sly is to inspire those around you.

This is another critical component of becoming a leader that people want to follow. Inspire those around you to do better and be better and you’ll see the results. Do as you say, so to speak. This is true not only in network marketing/MLM, but in any field. Teachers have this philosophy all of the time. They seek to inspire their students to be lifelong learners. You need to teach those around you to become life long success stories!
