I want to improve my network marketing recruiting AND sponsoring!
The fact of the matter is that a sponsorship-type of relationship is paramount to team retention. But how can you build a team of tens-of-thousands or people – because, face it, that’s the team you deserve, right? – and maintain that many deep relationships? The fact of the matter is that you can’t. There simply are not enough hours in the day, what with all that hammock testing, sports care driving, and beach going!
But you don’t have to!
Sure, you want to build deep and lasting relationships with many folks – as many as humanly possible – but – and here is the key – they need to do the same thing with their team, and so on, and so on. And you are going to teach them! It is up to you to create and support a culture in your team that builds deep and lasting relationships – network marketing sponsoring, if you will.
Network marketing recruiting is very important and builds huge teams. You’ll recruit into your downline many levels deep and/or wide. As such, you will transition from recruiter to sponsor for each of many these reps. As your time becomes saturated – which is a different point for every person – you will need to foster a sponsoring environment with new reps and your existing downline – preferably matching style and personality – such that you can pair reps in your downline with new reps in their downline, independent of whether you placed them or someone else did.
That is the magic – creating a synergistic team culture where network marketing recruiting transitions to network marketing sponsoring where you’re not doing all of the heavy lifting as an individual yet, as a team, you can support the world!
